Tia is the founder/proprietress and main mover behind Villalobos Pit-bull Rescue in Santa Clarita, CA, on the spine of California, near Tehachapi. She is the originator of "Parolees & Pitbulls," a rehab program for both people and dogs. I admire her tremendously, support Villalobos any way I can, and urge you to do so too..
